Customer's reviews
When I needed my roof replaced, I asked several friends and co-workers for their recommendations, and the name that continued to come up was Grier Roofing. I called at the end of a work day and spoke with Jake. He showed up to inspect my roof the very next day. He was extremely friendly and professional and was able to explain the problem and give me an estimate within 15 minutes. Jake dealt with the my insurance company, and he and his crew were at my house the following week to replace my roof. The entire crew was nice and very hardworking. The finished result looked amazing and Jake even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my new roof. I was beyond impressed with Grier Roofing and their handling of the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or their roof repaired.

In 2019, I had another company come out to install a new "Slate style metal roof", and fix my leak. The roof turned out beautiful. Yet, the leak was not fixed. Over the course of 2020, I had to call the same company back out 3 times to fix the leak. Apparently, they thought that smearing tar over the base of my roof vent, would fix the problem. It did not. Fed up with the other company, I called Grier Roofing. Mr. Joaquin Collazo came to my house, to inspect my leak. He took pictures, both inside and out, and was able to explain why the problem had not been resolved.
Unfortunately, Grier Roofing does not specialize in "Slate style metal roofs". But, they were able to put me in contact with someone who does. Thank you Mr. Collazo, for helping me understand, and for pointing me the right direction, in order to resolve this.

Grier Roofing was wonderful!!! We recently had some work done to our roof, unfortunately the contractor did not complete the job as expected. Not long after he said he was "done" we noticed that some places were not nailed and/or glued properly. We had worked with Grier Roofing in the past, os we contacted Chris Grier. He immediately sent someone to look at our roof, the y quickly and courteously evaluated the situation and made suggestions on how to fix the issues caused by the original contractor. We agreed on everything and he within just couple of days not only sent a crew to complete the repairs but had them complete to satisfaction. In closing I would and will recommend them to anyone who needs anything at all done to their roof!!! Thanks for a grat job guys !!!!!
